10 March 2020 COVID-19 - impacts on the labour force

On 03/03/2020, two Orders (Order No. 2836-A / 2020 and Order No. 2875-A / 2029) were published that established:

(i) measures to safeguard the social protection of workers who are temporarily prevented from exercising their professional activity by order of the health authority, due to the danger of contagion by COVID-19 and,
(ii) the requirement for public employers to prepare a contingency plan.
